Although some of us may not agree with Loomis quote above, it has an appeal to artists, such as myself, who are constantly striving for refining their artistic skills.

As of lately I've been feeling I should study more, hit the books again or at least get more drawing mileage. Loomis quote spoke to me that way.

With that said, I'm creating 12 fantasy illustrations for a book to be published some time next year and will be posting all my studies and doodles here. The point here is to address areas which I find I have neglected, train my eye, patience, and of course to have fun!

I hope you enjoy seeing the process from beginning to finish, something I often forget to document.
